District has two honorary members. Outstanding Problems: Attendance at monthly meetings should be better. Financial Status: Balance in treasury-----------------�i>885.00 EACT Section of District Three - Mrs. Helen M. Hester, Chairman: The Section has held three meetings during the past year with an average of five members from a membership of 36. The officers are as follows: Helen Hester, Chairman; First Vice-Chairman, Gwendolyn Andre^js; Second Vice-Chairman, Pauline Irwin; Secretaiy, Eleanor Dodson. The Section sponsored the monthly program for the District in May. The SNANC District Four presented the program, "The Students' Role in SNANC and How the Professional Organization Could Help With This Role." The Section members participated in the Career-O-Rama held in March at Memorial Coliseum. NSA Section of District Three - Myrtle Barnette, R.N., Chairman The Section has a membership of thirty-four and has had three meetings during the year. Activities of the Section: Assisted with "Career-O-Rama", attendance at booth one night by two members NSA Section. Assisted in Polio Prevention Program two Sundays. Assisted with planning for Workshop on "Intensive Care" and attending Workshop. Will have December program of District Three on "International Good Will and Understanding". - 53 -
