Description	Horace "Bones" McKinney is shown at the 1942 Southern Conference Tournament where, "as a member of the victorious N.C. State Wolfpack, he was named to the All-Tournament team at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium." [Note: Duke defeated North Carolina State University for the 1942 championship.] After World War II, McKinney played for UNC. He later went on to coach Wake Forest University.
