Description	New York Yankee owner George Steinbrenner in Boahamer Stadium on the UNC campus on April 3, 1979. His Yankees played the Tar Heels that day in a rain-delayed, shortened preseason game before a jammed packed, full house of more than 7,000 fans. The Yanks won 9 to 4. Steinbrenner's interest in playing Carolina was that his daughter, Jennifer, was a UNC sophomore in 1979.
