Abstract	Print. This map portrays a small section of the North Carolina coastline from near Gause's Landing to Little River Inlet. The remainder of the map depicts the coast of South Carolina. Topographical features, roads, locations of structures, and other landmarks are shown. Soundings are given, and the depth of the water is also indicated by shading. Information relating to the soundings, aids to navigation, and tides is found in the lower left of the map.
