Caption	Guards 200 Wrecks. Famous Diamond Lightship, stationed at the tip of Diamond Shoals, 12 miles off Cape Hatteras, N.C. Between the ship and shore around 200 vessels have come to grief on the bar and few of them have ever been salvaged. Perhaps substantial treasure lies in these shallow but frequently stormy waters. Transcription	Message on back of card: "Its Sunday p.m. We went to church, and now are watching a boat race. A big crowd here. We will have to come home Tues. See you soon. Love, Nan." Addressed to "Mrs. Suzie Durham, Cameron Ave., Chapel Hill, N.C." Postmarked 6 September 1948.
