Abstract	Covers area from the Arkansas River to the Appalachian mountains. Relief shown pictorially. Shows towns, roads, and natural features Prime meridian: [Ferro]. Extensive notes are included in the area described as Virginia. The area west of the Mississippi is described as Spanish Louisiana, while North Carolina is showing extending from the east to the Mississippi River (present day Tennessee). Native American tribes depicted include the Cherakesi (Cherokees) and the Chicachesi (Chickasaw).
