Abstract	Printed in color. The map portrays the location of the battle of Bentonville fought in Johnston County, North Carolina, on March 19, 1865. Roads and residences of individuals are shown; and rivers, streams, and other topographical features are depicted. The positions of the Union forces are noted in red and the Confederate forces in blue. Relief shown by hachures.
