A legend explaining the symbols used to indicate various kinds of roads and highways and the population of cities and towns and information on the operation of ferries appear as insets in the lower right corner of the map, along with a list of commissioners. Includes "Highway Rest Area Information" and "Index of Cities and Towns." One inset map: "Blue Ridge Parkway."
