Black ink drawing with red markings, mounted on linen. Map was originally drawn by H. F. Bardwell, Chief Engineer; it was traced from fragments which could not be repaired, in 1930 by E. H. Wintree. The fragments had been transfered to the Archives in 1924-26. Map covers the area from Mount Airy to Statesville, and from Mount Airy to Pattersons Ford. Map also shows survey points and mills.
