The IIealtii Bulletin 11 coming infected each year. The Council of National Defense estimates that there are over 50,000 cases of venereal disease in North Carolina. This figure may be compared with the total number of annual cases of tuberculosis. the first million enlisted men, that were found to be infected with venereal diseases: 1.
