In the margins are descriptions of the Waynesville Valley, passenger fares, and distances to various cities. Includes notes on property values, taxes, climate, minerals, timber, rainfall and water sources, electricity, real estate, death rates, and other facts about Waynesville. On the verso are several biographical newspaper articles on Silas A. Jones and a "Map of South Atlantic Trans-Continental Railroad and Water Terminals." |
