Project description | Interviews, chiefly conducted by Dallas A. Blanchard, 1983-1985, with members of the Fellowship of Southern Churchmen, which was organized in the 1930s. An interracial and interdenominational Christian organization, it worked closely with such groups as the NAACP and the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith for the improvement of social conditions in the rural South. |
