Fred Merritt drove us up and so we are daily taking trips to lovely points . The view from our porch is as fine as any. Mary Moore , Harriet E. , and Gertrude W[illegible] were surprised to find us here when they came yesterday . Happy you've had such a restful nice vacation . [Illegible]tie joins in sending you loving greetings . Your friend Etta R.S.-- " Addressed to: "Dr . Anna Gove Sargentville Maine to Capt . Swift. " Postmarked 24 August 1932 .
