Tracing. This is a copy by made by Robert Bonner, surveyor, in 1905 of the map prepared by James R. Hoyles in 1807 from a draft dated February 28, 1766 by Deputy Surveyor John Forbes. It portrays the layout of the town of Bath and shows the street gird and town lots. The names and width of the streets are provided. The locations of the church, school, and courthouse are noted. The names and locations of wharves are also reported.
